The Perfect Gift for Outdoorsy Women | Gift Guide 2025

This post is dedicated to my favorite gift ideas for outdoorsy women in your life this holiday season. From travel essentials to hiking must haves to pampering products, I’ve got you covered with the perfect gift for any budget.

If you have a woman in your life who loves to travel, get outside, or just enjoys a good gift, I’ve got some great ideas for you. All of these things I either currently own or want to own. I want the gifts I give to be useful and get used. So I made sure to include only the best in this year’s Women’s Gift Guide!

While most of these gifts are geared toward the traveling, adventurous girl, I had to also include some of my favorite beauty products and fashion favorites because like most girls, I have lots of interests and love different things. You can want to be outside and look cute at the same time.

I have everything divided up by price so you can find anything in your budget. If you want to look at my other Holiday Gift Guides you can check them out here! I also did a Gifts for Outdoorsy Girls in 2024 that has some amazing ideas as well, if I do say so myself.

The Perfect Gift for any Budget

Under $15

Retro Sunglasses: This cute 2 pack of retro sunglasses have been perfect for everyday wear. Easy to dress up or down.

Travel Pill Organizer: These are useful and cute. I have one for my medicines and supplements and one for the kids on all of our trips. I like the different sized compartments, and that the size is easy to fit into any sized bag.

North American Bird Watching for Beginners: The perfect book to introduce anyone to Bird Watching! Walks you through the different terminology, equipment you could use, and has pictures and info to help you identify them. The perfect gift for someone who has been interested in getting into birding!

Silk Pillowcase: Silk pillowcases help your hair retain moisture and keeps it shiny and healthy. I think everyone should have one, but especially women with curly hair. I adore mine.

Portable Pill Organizer: Could also be used to hold earrings, rings, or elastics. I love that this one has two large compartments then plenty of small ones too so it can work with a variety of things.

Qwizz Dice Rolling Game: We love a fun dice game. This one is simple to learn and the whole family can play. My parents bought this game in bulk and gave it for neighbor Christmas gifts this year! If you’re looking for more games to gift, here are some of my other favorite games to play!

Airplane Foot Rest: This foot hammock is for my shorties or anyone whose legs get restless on the ground. This little hammock just straps over the tray table and raises your feet up. I don’t know why, but it is just so much more comfortable. It’s especially nice when I’m holding by sleeping baby because I can put their weight on my legs without hurting my back.

Under $25

Travel Pillow with head strap and eye mask: Supportive, comfy, and portable — perfect for flights, road trips, or a little car nap. Both my husband and I have one and we don’t head on a trip without it!

Hanging Toiletry Bag: So much better than juggling little pouches — this spacious, organized bag is a game-changer for travel or gym days. I’ve used to pack toiletry on vacation and have also used it to organize kids gear of vacation. It seriously holds so much!!

Car Trunk Organizer: Perfect for any SUV. Folds up small when needed, but also has clips that helps keep it secure while driving. Awesome to tuck emergency gear in but perfect to hold the day to day stuff too. The perfect gift for the active family.

Mini Watercolor Paint Set: This little portable set makes pulling out a craft that much easier. Perfect for a mom who loves to paint, or want to enjoy a peaceful moment on the go. I feel like the small size of it make it feel less intimidate to just sit down and paint!

Winning Moves Rock-O Retro: I always love a game that is easy to learn, and this is a simple, easy to start game that is actually really fun. It can accomodate a few players but you can easily add up to 8! Great for a range of ages.

Big Potato OK Play: This is a fun little game that’s perfect for travel. The goal is to get 5 of your color squares in a row. It’s perfect to clip on to a backpack or purse and you can literally play it anywhere. Fun for adults and kids!

Portable Travel White Noise Machine: A fab gift for anyone with kids, or anyone who enjoys some white noise for sleeping. We always bring a mini sound machine when traveling, especially with kids. Hotels can be noisy—doors slamming in the hallway, city sounds outside or too quiet and a little white noise helps turn our brain off. We also use one at home so it makes it feel like bedtime at home. My kids fall asleep so much faster with it, and honestly, so do I. This one in particular is tiny and takes up almost no space

Under $50

Rechargeable Hand Warmers: These are two hand warmers you can use together or separately, and they last up to 20 hours on one charge. They keep my hands warm on a hike or my feet warm in my sleeping bag.

Barrel Jeans: These jeans are honestly such a fun find—comfy, a little stretchy, and the perfect mix of easy to wear but also cute. The barrel leg gives just enough shape without feeling tight, and they hit right at the ankle. Would make a perfect gift!

Sunscreen + makeup setting powder: This is a brush on sunscreen that helps you feel and look put together throughout the day. Great for vacation when you want something simple and sun-proof.

Philips Sonicare Toothbrush: My teeth feel so much cleaner when I use my electric toothbrush so I had to get this travel one and I love it. The two minute timer makes sure I get a quality clean every time.

Watercolor Paint Set: My friend brought this on a recent camping trip and it was a hit. It was so fun for adults and the kids loved painting and it was such a fun way to change up our normal camping and outdoor activities. It would make a great outing to bring the water colors and draw something you see in nature with your kids.

Tula Eye Balm: This is one of my holy grail products. It’s both hydrating and cooling and gives a nice boost in the morning when I wake up. It’s perfect for my every day skincare, and small enough I can take it with me on all my trips.

Neck and Shoulder Heating Pad: I think most moms can relate to sore shoulders from holding babies, nursing, carrying heavy toddlers, and just working all day long. Perfect for post-workout recovery or just winding down at the end of the day.

Bluetooth Wireless Transmitter: If you know someone who flies often, this headphone transmitter syncs your wireless headphones to the airplane tv. We use this on every flight because we don’t have wired earbuds anymore and I don’t like taking the ones from the airline. This is such a practical gift for the traveler in your life.

Lash Extending Mascara: Vegan and smudge proof, but also easy to remove and the end of the day. It’s by far my favorite mascara and makes my lashes look super long and full. The perfect gift or stocking stuffer.

Therma-a-Rest Z Seat Pad: A simple and packable seat for hiking, camping, or even sporting events. I keep it in my car so we can use it in any of the many situations where it can make me or the kids a bit more comfortable. Perfect for the mom who loves to hike and backpack! I have loved and used my seat cusion on hundreds of hikes. It’s perfect to sit on when the trail is a little muddy or covered in snow, I have changed many diapers on it, and used it to kneel on when I’m backpacking and getting stuff in and out of my pack.

Pickleball Paddles Set: We bought these a few years ago and have loved getting into pickleball! Perfect for the avid player or a couple just getting started. Would also be a great white elephant gift because so many different ages of people love pickleball.

Under $100

Rechargeable Flat Flashlight: My dad got this light this year and has been raving about it. It has a UV light, a flashlight, and a green laser (for looking at stars). It’s really lightweight and compact so easy to carry around.

Maternity Jacket Extender: This is a universal jacket extender that fits on almost any jacket. It’s the perfect piece of maternity clothes for the winter to add to your wardrobe. I’ve worn it on my down coats, rain jacket, and hardshell. If you only need a little bit of room, you can just use the 2 added zippers or you can add in the larger insert. It’s water resistant on the outside and fleece on the inside. It only takes a couple minutes to put on and a few seconds to take off.

You can also use it for babywearing after your baby arrives!

Teva Women’s Slim Strap Sandal: Perfect for around town, vacation, and everyday wear. They run true size, and come in a few different colors. The velcro is great for adjusting to the perfect feel.

Portable Car Jump Box: This is my favorite thing to keep in my car. I can jumpstart my own car even if we are way up in the mountains. It is not only a portable jump box for car battery, but also a portable power bank and LED emergency lamp. We can road trip even more confidently with this in my trunk.

Columbia Women’s Waterproof Hiking Boots: Great arch support, lightweight and not too heavy. For this price, these are the perfect waterproof hiking boots.

Portable Lightweight Chair: These camping chairs pack down so small and are so lightweight without sacrificing comfort. This is the one I use for camping trips, setting up in the backyard, etc. I love these chairs, and this brand has a few fun colors and have a sturdy frame that will last a long time.

Garmin inReach Mini: For the adventurous mom who loves getting off the grid. This tiny satellite communicator offers peace of mind with two-way messaging and GPS. I’ve loved mine, and never leave on an adventure with out it.
