What I Actually bought During Black Friday

I’ve been sharing a lot of Black Friday deals the last week or so. There are so many great deals and a lot of things that I love and use and am so happy to recommend while they’re on sale. I’m not a huge shopper myself, but love to get things I’ve been needing or wanting while they are on a good deal.

I did more shopping than normal this Black Friday..I blame being glued to my bed and couch with a sweet newborn on my chest. So I decided to share what I actually bought this time around! All of these things I bought with my own money, no one sent me them.

I know it’s fun for me to see what other people are buying and what they find to actually be worth the money. Hopefully you find this interesting as well! Let me know in a comment what you picked up during the Black Friday madness!

Oh and Black Friday isn’t over, so if I buy anything else, I will add it to the list! I might grab a few gifts for my kids with so many great things on sale!

What I Bought for Black Friday

Paper Airplane Squadron: My almost 5 year old has been obsessed with making paper airplanes so I got this fun kit as a stocking stuffer for him. I will do a whole post soon on what we are getting our kids for Christmas!

Thick Seamless Hair Ties: These are perfect for my long, thick hair, and is one of the only types of hairbands that keeps my hair secure all day. I was running out so I stocked up while they were on sale.

Car Trash Can: We just got a new car so in an effort to keep it a little cleaner, I grabbed this little car trash can to put small pieces of trash in that normally clutter up our dash. I am just going to put it in cup holder that’s down low in my door.

Mary Ruth’s Organic Vitamin D Supplement: I love all of Mary Ruth’s Organic vitamins and minerals. I needed to get some Vitamin D for my new baby and opted to do this mega dose option so baby will get it through my breastmilk. (You can use my Mary Ruth’s Discount Code HOUTSIDE for 20% on their website or on Amazon. It stacks on top of already discounted items!)

Portable Charger: I love these small portable chargers, I had to buy another one while it was on sale. This is such a useful tool on trips, camping, or being out and about anywhere. I like that it’s not bulky and it plugs right into your phone, so you don’t have a cord in the way.

Columbia Snuggly Bunny Bunting: Having just had a new baby in November, I need a snowsuit for him! I used this bunting for 2 winters with my oldest. It has fold over hands and is down filled. It is water resistant so if my son crawled around in the snow a lot or if the snow was wet, it would wet out over time. But it was very warm and easy for my kid to walk around in when he got a little older.

Yellow Chunky Cardigan: I am not much of a clothes shopper but would love to update my wardrobe to have some basics that go with a lot. I love this yellow cardigan and am so excited to wear it this winter!

TonieBox: If you’ve been around for any length of time, you know how much I LOVE our Yoto Players. But I am always getting questions about how it compares to the Tonie Box and my thoughts. So I decided to finally bite the bullet and buy one to let my kids use and see how they compare! I bought a few figurines as well that I think my kids will enjoy. Review coming soon!

Levi Wide Leg Jeans: I am definitely in need of new jeans and these looked like ca comfortable, cute pair that I can wear with a lot. I love that baggy/wide leg jeans are in style because they work great with my new postpartum body.

Graco Slim Fit Car Seat: We have a car seat in my husband’s truck for our son that we got from my sister that recently expired so we got another Graco Slim Fit car seat. We already have one for my daughter and it’s great! I love the cup holders, the narrow base, and that it transitions to a booster.

Dime Beauty: I got multiple things during the Dime sale because my Dime Discount Code HAILEYOUTSIDE made everything 30% off, even if it was already discounted. (Yes I use my own discount codes all the time haha). Logan asked for new cologne for Christmas and he had a sample of their DIME No. 1 Cologne so I got him a full size of that. I did their His & Hers cologne/perfume duo since it made each one like $35 and got myself the Dans Les Bois perfume. It smells SO good! Their Felt Cute perfume was only $18 after the discount so I got two of those for favorite things parties. It’s a sweet scent that reminds me of something I got from Victoria’s Secret when I was in high school. I’m also a big fan of their lip balm so I ordered a couple of those since they were only $11.

Lift Up Storage Bed Frame: Okay we actually got this about a week before Black Friday but it’s on sale now and I’m kicking myself for not waiting. We’ve had our Walmart foldable box frame since we were first married (9 years ago) so we were very due for an upgrade. I love the hidden storage and think it looks really nice!

Round Mirror: I’ve been looking for a round mirror for our entry way and this was way too good a deal to pass up. The quality is great and we already have hung it and love it!

Full Length Arch Mirror: I’ve also been wanting a nice, full length mirror and again, this was too good of a deal to pass up! It looks really nice and I’m excited to retire my old Walmart mirror that I’ve had since college haha.

Frame TV: This was our biggest splurge and one we are both very excited about. I’ve been slowly trying to make our living room space look a little nice and add in some home decor. We got our first TV as a wedding fit (9 years ago) and my husband has been wanting to upgrade it for the last couple years. I finally decided a Frame TV would really add to the space so we jumped on it when I saw it was 40% off!
