A lightweight, bright headlamp should be in every girls arsenal. It’s great for early morning or late hikes, camping, or even car maintenance. I have a few headlamps and the Petzl headlamps are my favorite.

Backpacking Stove Fuel ($15)

Fuel for your backpacking stove is such a nice gift because it’s not always something you think of buying when you’re out shopping, but it’s important to have and if you run out, such a pain to go buy. This isobutane/propane burns very clean and won’t gunk up your stove overtime.

Buff Neck Gaiter ($16)

Such a diverse article of clothing. I use a buff year round. It can be worn traditionally around your neck but also as a headband, beanie, cloth to wipe your nose, “oven mit” for you backpacking pot, so many uses!

Nalgene Water Bottle ($15)

A Nalgene water bottle is extremely durable and holds 1 liter of water. It’s great for day hikes and backpacking trips. You can also boil water and pour it in and use it as a hot water bottle when camping at night.

Every girl needs a little extra battery when out in the backcountry. This one is nice and sleek and doesn’t weigh too much.

Kula Cloth Pee Rag ($22)

A pee rag may seem like a foreign concept to some people, but it’s actually a very functional piece of gear to bring on the trail. This is another one of those gifts that someone might not think to buy for themself, but be very happy to have.

A good first aid kit for hiking or backpacking is a great gift and one anyone would appreciate.

This backpack is cute and functional. I have used it for a work backpack, my personal item on the airplane, an overnight bag, a day hiking pack, and a diaper bag.

Packing cubes really do help things stay organized when packing, and having cute ones makes it all the better. These are great quality and have held up really well for me.

Grand Trunk Monarch Backpacking Chair ($99)

Another backpacking luxury item is my camp chair. This 2 leg design is genius because it’s lighter weight and you can rock in it. I also love it because i can sit up and lean in towards the fire or my stove, or lean back when I want to relax.

These puffy blankets are so cozy to wrap up in around the fire. They’re also great to throw over yourself when camping for some extra warmth or wear on those chilly mornings.

These are my most worn boots in the fall and winter. They are leather so weather resistant. They also go with so much and I can even wear them hiking. The perfect all around boot!

I actually have the thermal version. They are waterproof and have a shearling footbed making them even warmer. For either boot I highly recommend sizing up a half size.

Jetboil Flash Backpacking Stove ($114)

I love my Jetboil stove when backpacking. It boils water in like a minute and they also have models you can cook in (I’m a lazy backpacker and prefer eating things I can just add hot water too). This is perfect if someone you know needs a stove upgrade or they want to start backpacking.

This is a classic, cozy fleece. It’s Patagonia, really can’t go wrong.
